- INSURANCE. It is recommended that you purchase some form of holiday insurance, from your local broker, to cover your personal luggage, personal money, holiday cancellation, personal & public liability etc.
- PETS. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED TO STAY IN ANY OF OUR CARAVANS.
- SMOKING. NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR CARAVANS.
- PARK RULES.We are a family park, we can not except bookings from all male/female parties, of any age or groups of young people under the age of 21.Any one whos unreasonable conduct, causes a nuisance, to any other persons on the park, will be asked to leave. Other park rules are displayed on the park, please ensure that you and your party comply with these.
- OWNERS RULES. The Caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for all members of the party, and must make good any losses,breakages,or damage done to the caravan, or its contents during their stay.The area surrounding the caravan, must be kept clean and tidy at all times.Please remove dirty footwear, on entering the caravan. The use of barbecues is permitted, however please keep them away from the van and decking area.
- DUVETS and PILLOWS are provided, but please bring your own sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.
- CLUB RULES.All persons using the entertainment complex, must respect the Devon Cliffs Club Rules.
- HOLIDAY PAYMENTS. We ask for a £75 non returnable deposit to book your holiday. And full payment is due 8 weeks before your holiday.
- CANCELLATION. Should a cancellation be made prior to payment of the full balance, only the deposit of £75 will be forfeited. If a cancellation is made after the full balance has been paid, 50% of the total hire charge, will be payable.
- UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Should accommodation booked become unavailable, due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be given. Alternative accommodation can be offered where possible to the same value.
